Welcome to the 5th edition of NSXpedition: An NSX-focused driving tour through the Tennessee and North Carolina mountains on three of the most scenic roads in the region. All generations of NSX welcome! A winding jaunt up the Foothills Parkway and The Tail of the Dragon will lead us to lunch at the historic Tapoco Lodge. After lunch we may pause for a photo op at Fontana Dam followed by a cruise across the Cherohala Skyway back to civilization in time to freshen up before finishing the day with a lake-side group dinner in West Knoxville. Optionally, stick around for Harper Cars & Coffee the following morning. The largest Cars and Coffee in the region, this event hosts upwards of 5,000 cars. We hope you'll join us!

FAQ:

• I'm not an NSX Club Member, can I attend? Yes, this particular event is not restricted to NSXCA members at this point!
• I don't own an NSX anymore / My NSX is down for maintenance / I'm just a fan, can I attend? Please contact us! While we welcome former owners in good standing with the community, we do try to keep things NSX-focused. That said, with appropriate vouch we can make exceptions on an individual basis.
• What if it rains? This is a rain or shine event! Your NSX is 90% aluminum, it's not going to melt. Severe storms or hail that could create hazardous/damaging conditions will of course warrant rescheduling. Alternate date TBD.
• Is my car ready? Is it? Tires less than 6 year old with sufficient tread for rain? No serious oil leaks? Headlights work? If so, then you should be good to go. This isn't a track event, but we do want you to be safe.
• "Slaying the Dragon"! How fast?!? This is a casual driving event so we will be proceeding at a "responsibly enthusiastic" pace. If you're expecting an Initial-D touge run, you'll be disappointed, but also far more likely to drive your car home in one piece and without any "participation trophies" from the THP.
