Hotel Information

We have finalized the host hotel arrangements for the 2024 MidEast NSX Meet in Raleigh, NC - May 30 thru June 2. For the 11th consecutive year, we will again be using the Hilton Garden Inn at Cary, NC. This was the host hotel for NSXPO 2013 and has served as the MidEast NSX Meet host hotel every year since 2014. This year you will have the option of booking at either the Hilton Garden Inn or just across the parking lot at the Hilton Doubletree. Same discounted rates at either hotel. In addition to the discounted room rates, the hotel is offering MidEast NSX Meet guests a discounted full breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Lobby Restaurant. You can select this option as you check in.

We encourage everyone planning to attend to BOOK YOUR RESERVATION EARLY so that we can expand our room block if needed. We are expecting a record-breaking crowd this year. Cancellations can be made up until midnight on May 29th, so early reservations are risk free.
